EMPOWERING MERCHANTS
End client: Pollinate & Tyl Natwest | Consultancy: Class35 | Role: Senior UX Designer
Summary
My expertise in data visualization and insight-driven design was central to my role as Senior UX Designer at Pollinate, a SaaS platform for the financial industry. I focused on evolving their Insights workstream, advocating for best practices in data presentation and dashboard design to elevate the overall user experience. A key part of my contribution involved collaborating with Tyl by NatWest to tailor the Pollinate platform to their specific needs, optimizing the white-label solution for their brand.
I developed the "Insights UX Framework," a comprehensive guide encompassing user mental models, data mapping, and design concepts to inform current and future implementations. Additionally, I designed a microsite for the launch of Tyl's loyalty program. The success of this collaboration is evident in Tyl by NatWest's impressive NPS scores and Pollinate's subsequent $100 million funding round, enabling expansion into three new international markets.
